Hey y’all, I’m Sara.

As a high school English teacher, no two days were ever the same. I learned to juggle priorities, anticipate needs, solve problems, and create structure in constantly changing environments. I reached a point where I wanted the flexibility to build a career that allowed me to set my own schedule and be more present for our growing boys as they navigate some of the most important years of their lives.

That desire led to the creation of Oak & Harbor Collective, and those skills now serve as the foundation of my work with clients.

Today, I partner with entrepreneurs and business owners by providing dependable executive and administrative support that brings order to the day-to-day. Whether it's managing calendars, organizing documents, streamlining processes, or handling the details that often get pushed aside, my goal is to give my clients more time to focus on what they do best.

When I'm not working, you'll usually find me cheering on my oldest from the baseball stands, rock climbing with my youngest, exploring local bookstores, hiking with my pups to waterfalls, or spending a quiet evening at home with my family. I believe the best relationships are built on trust, kindness, and genuine care, and those are the same values I bring to every client I serve.
